Davison Meijer has chosen Outreach East to be the recipient of the 2022 Spring Simply Give campaign! When you purchase a $10 “Simply Give” card at the Davison Meijer now through Oct 1st , Meijer will convert that into food gift cards to be used to purchase needed food for Outreach East’s pantry.

Our community continues to feel the impacts of COVID-19, especially our neighbors facing food insecurity. The economic impact of this pandemic means more and more members of our community are turning to us for help in ensuring they know where their next meal will come from. Outreach East Food Pantry and Emergency Resource Center has seen demand increase by 25% since March 2020, and the new year continues to bring great need and challenges to our community.
I want to encourage you to help us fulfill our mission of helping feed the hungry in our communities by purchasing a food donation card during your next shopping trip. Tell your friends, relatives, neighbors and co-workers because every dollar makes a difference. Whether you shop in-store or online using Meijer pickup or home delivery, I ask you to consider adding a Simply Give donation card to your basket.
