To apply for Holiday Assistance –You must be a client of Outreach East and information must be up to date. You may update your account online or apply to be a new client online (click here.) or in person. As a new client, You MUST come in and show actual social security cards of all kids and driver’s license before your app will be processed.
If you submit a holiday application to Outreach East, you MAY NOT apply to any other agency providing holiday assistance such as the Salvation Army, church or private groups (with the exception of the Old Newsboys organization).If a family does sign up with multiple agencies, Outreach East will remove their name from the client list and the family will not be eligible for any future services through Outreach East and may be disqualified from other agencies as well.
