Only ONE application per family. Application must be received by 11/30/2024!

To apply for Holiday Assistance

1You must be a client of Outreach East and information must be up to date. You may update your account online or apply to be a new client online (click here.) or in person. As a new client, You MUST come in and show actual social security cards of all kids and driver’s license before your app will be processed.

2If you submit a holiday application to Outreach East, you MAY NOT apply to any other agency providing holiday assistance such as the Salvation Army, church or private groups (with the exception of the Old Newsboys organization).If a family does sign up with multiple agencies, Outreach East will remove their name from the client list and the family will not be eligible for any future services through Outreach East and may be disqualified from other agencies as well.

3Holiday Assistance Application forms are available for families with students in the Davison School Districts.

4-When filling out the “Gift Ideas” section, please be as specific as possible when describing the gifts your children would like regarding the type of gift, the size and color, the kind of age-appropriate toy, etc. Please be considerate. -Requests for computers, laptops, x-box etc. and other high-ticket items will not be considered

You can download the Holiday Assistance application, fill it out, and bring it in to Outreach when filling out the client application or update. You may also email the Holiday Assistance App to OutreachEast@hotmail.com

For new clients, both applications must be received and income Drivers License & SS cards verified in person-to process your request for Holiday Assistance.

Please contact Outreach East at 810-653-7711 if your address or telephone changes so that we can make contact with you when your items are ready for pickup.

Please read before you submit! We will email you to confirm your email address and submission usually within 24 hrs. Please add outreacheast@hotmail.com to your contacts and check your spam/junk folder. If you do not receive an email from outreacheast@hotmail.com withing 48 hours please contact us to make sure your application was received.
